Every year in march, we celebrate the International Women’s Month, a celebration made to show that women are also people that can are contributors in this world, and is the reason why we celebrate it. The celebration aims to let people recognize and see the empowerment of women.   It is important for us to commemorate the women’s month as it is the time for us to reflect on the courage of women and recognize their efforts throughout the history to the current present. Women are also people who lives every single day. As such, we mustn’t fight each other and instead, we must treat each other as equals and with respect. Up until now, I never realized how the time flies so fast. The third quarter of this school year is nearing its end, and it’s time to look back at what happened during the past two months of this quarter. During this quarter, I learned a lot of things and knowledge that I didn’t knew before. In this quarter, I have discovered more about towns and including their traditions, history, culture, and more.   This quarter have taught me a lot of things, preferably more about community-based studies. Researching about our community’s history and culture have opened my eyes on another whole world and have widened my understanding on our town. Discovering more things like tourist attractions, learning about the town’s traditions made me enjoy studying the topic and it was quite fun overall.   As we’re moving on forward into another quarter of our semester, we should look back and think about the fun and struggles that went by with just a blink of an eye during this quarter. Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic has started, the doctors are scientists have tried their best to make a vaccine against the Covid-19 virus. Even though the vaccine was made for the good of people, parents often wonder if there will be any side effects to their child if they get vaccinated. And because of this, rumors have spread, conspiracies have been made, and the majority of parents were afraid of the vaccines because of some potential negative effects on their children.   Even with the potential side effects of the vaccines, we cannot achieve resistance on the virus without some risks involved. Some risks may be inevitable that is why doing vaccine research is in motion to prevent these effects not just on children, but also adults.
