Christmas has been a tradition for so long I can remember, for us to celebrate the birth of Jesus. We celebrate it every year on December 25. This tradition includes exchanging gifts, caroling at houses, and enjoying a nice Noche Buena with your family and friends. Christmas is the day everyone is looking forward every single year. However, the virus called Corona virus, also known as Covid-19 spread all over the world from previous year. Everyone can still have a Christmas celebration, but it’s not the same as it was on the previous years. Our world is now quarantined, preventing everyone from going outside, and is also governed by protocols.     This new normal started different and many kids are suffering in this pandemic. Students are struggling a lot during this pandemic because of schoolwork. Online learning may sound and look good, but it has its own struggles too. Online learning requires you to study by yourself which is hard to some people like me, some teachers might try to discuss lesson to us but not all have internet and the devices needed for it, and the mountain of tasks to be done in such a short time and notice is hard. It is far much better to have face to face learning again even though its hard in this pandemic is so that more students would learn more efficiently than online learning. The environment is the most beneficial thing in our world. It provides our world with the supplies and necessities we require in our daily life. But what would happen if our ecosystem is ruined? Our environment gone one day? The world will be put into chaos and everything will fall apart because there are no more trees, plants and animals. Everything is changing every second in our world as well as the environment and ourselves. And no one knows when everything will go downhill someday, that’s why we need to preserve and protect our environment because as our society gets bigger, our needs also increase, this means everything will change from new housings and infrastructure and more. The start of the school year 2021-2022 just started in September 13, time flies so fast that the first quarter of this school year is nearing its end. Looking back at it, I learned a lot about things like the history of the internet and I also learned how it helped people during this pandemic. This pandemic really changed the lifestyle of many people including myself. The new way of education helped the students to continue learning. But there is always a price for everything, online learning came with problems. One of the common problems facing students like me is connection problems, a lot of uncomplete modules, short deadlines, and more. One way to prevent these problems is changing my lifestyle and myself, and it’s not an easy task to tackle. Moving on, I will study hard to reach my dreams and have a great job in the future.   Education provides people knowledge about our world and to hone our own skills for the better. Education also helps us prepare to have our own points of view and form our own opinions on different in life.  In this pandemic people still try to find ways to help people from learning. One of these are The Department of Education also known as DepED, they are finding ways on how can students still learn during this pandemic. One of these is online learning, and the other one is modular learning. Online learning uses the internet so that the students and also the teachers to connect to each other to have a class, but there is a huge problem with this, not all students and teachers have the necessary equipment to have an online class because of poor internet connections and financial problems. It has now been almost ages when the Philippines was taken by other countries and we need to prepare incase that happens once again. Philippines needs to adapt to everything that could happen, like how we are not prepared to face Covid-19. To become a better country for everyone, Philippines needs to be more resilent and flexible. To achieve this, we need to have sustainable resources, reliable infrastructures and the ability to fight and withstand threats such as natural or man-made threats. These are essential to any country for it to survive.
